Lifetime Ball Joint Warranty
Carli’s Ball Joint warranty is the industry’s only advanced replacement lifetime warranty. No more downtime or waiting for a manufacturer to inspect your damaged product.
Carli Suspension provides a limited lifetime product warranty against defects in workmanship and materials from date of purchase to the original purchaser on part number CS-DBJP. Both Upper and Lower Carli Suspension ball joints must be installed to qualify for the lifetime warranty. Proper installation of the Carli Ball Joints is required to maintain the product’s warranty.
Ball Joint Warranty Process
Should the ball joints develop excessive play defined as any 15 thousandths laterally in the upper or excess of forty thousandths vertically in the lower, send a video demonstrating the ball joint’s deflection to email@example.com along with your proof of purchase and shipping information. If the play is confirmed, we’ll replace the affected joint and send a call tag to ship the failed joint back to us for inspection.
Upon receipt of the warranty (replacement) ball joints, the customer will replace the defective joints with the set received. The defective joints are to be returned to Carli Suspension for inspection.
Fine Print: The product warranty is limited to replacement of defective parts only; labor to install the parts is the responsibility of the purchaser. Carli’s shipping responsibility on all warranty claims is limited to replacement of the product within the contiguous United States.
Limited Lifetime Product Warranty
Carli Suspension provides a limited lifetime product warranty against defects in workmanship and materials from date of purchase to the original purchaser for all products produced by Carli Suspension. Parts not manufactured by, but made to Carli Suspension’s specifications by third party manufacturers will carry a warranty through their respective manufacturer.

Proof of purchase (from the original purchaser only) will be required to process any warranty claims. Carli Suspension products must be purchased for the listed Retail Price reflected by the price listed on the Carli Suspension Website at the time of purchase. Carli Suspension reserves the right to refuse warranty claims made by any customer refusing or unable to present proof of purchase or presenting proof of purchase reflecting a price lower than Carli Suspension’s Retail Price at the time the item was purchased.
Carli Suspension’s Limited Lifetime Warranty excludes the following parts which are subject to wear: Used Parts (including “Garage Sale” items which are sold as-is), Bushings, Heim Joints, Uniballs, Limit Straps. Carli Suspension cannot warrant a product’s cosmetic finish due to the varying extreme elements that may be encountered.
Any alterations, substitutions, aftermarket parts (directly affecting the part in question), modifications, or improper installation of the product will void this warranty. Carli Suspension’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product only. All costs of removal, installation or reinstallation, freight charges, incidental or consequential damage are expressly excluded from this warranty.
Return and Exchange
All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of proof of delivery; no returns or product exchanges of any kind will be accepted if received after this period. Buyer is subject to a handling charge of twenty percent (20%) of the sales price of the returned goods. Goods must be new and packaged in retail packaging to qualify for refund. If the original packaging is not reusable, the customer will be charged a Box/Packing fee in addition to the handling fee that is dependent on the cost of repacking the item for retail sale. Defective goods, as verified by inspection, are not subject to a handling charge. All returned goods must be accompanied by an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) form provided by Carli Suspension upon request. Please contact your retailer to acquire an RGA Form. Any goods shipped to Carli Suspension without an accompanying RGA form approved by a representative of Carli Suspension will be refused without exception.
Warranty claims from purchasers outside the United States are limited to the repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of Carli Suspension, of the defective product. Customers are to contact Carli Suspension to qualify the warranty and arrange an RGA. This RGA number will be used to ship the replacement part to the customer – shipping AND return shipping will be pre-charged to the customer and a return shipping label will be provided in the box containing the replacement product. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the international customer and will be pre-charged to the customer at a discounted rate.
