    Carli Signature Series Shocks are longer to accommodate the extended travel. When designing the shocks, Zinc plating, Clear Coat for corrosion resistance and quality bushings were a must; finished off with boots to protect the shafts, we back them with a limited lifetime warranty to ensure their quality is as unbeatable as their ride quality at this price point.

Utilizing Fox 2.0” internal reservoir shocks, we’ve developed a custom shock tune that delivers all around comfort and ride quality designed for on-road, in town, highway, and towing/hauling.

    The Super Duty Backcountry shock package is designed for people seeking the best ride on and off-road quality on a budget; basically, the Commuter for those that want to have a little dirt-road fun in their 8,500lb truck without losing the on-road ride quality or usability for which the truck was designed. You’re no longer limited to the highway while gravel roads become uninteresting as you can drive them at speed with one hand on the wheel. These shocks will be a touch softer on-road than a Pintop with an impressive off-road capability for a 2.0" shock. We offer valving specific to the two rear end options. If you're running factory leaf springs or our Progressive Add-a-Packs, choose the CS-FBC20SPKG-LVL-05-PAP. If you're running the Carli Full Progressive Leaf Springs, choose the CS-FBC20SPKG-LVL-05-FSP. Utilizing Fox 2.0” Remote Reservoir Shocks, we’ve developed a tune that delivers all-around comfort and ride quality designed for on-road, in town, highway, towing/hauling as well as slow to mid speed off-road use. The Fox 2.0s boast extruded aluminum construction with a clear anodizing for corrosion resistance, are fully rebuildable and are built with hour-glass bushings in the rod-ends. Fox builds these shocks with their legendary red shock oil that flows well down to -55° F.

    The Coilover system rides nearly identical to the Pintop. Take the description for the Backcountry and throw an exponent on it. Benefits of the Coilover System over the Pintop system are aesthetics (what looks cooler than a coilover?), height adjustability for large bumpers/winch combination and future upgradability. Once the coilover plates are installed, you’re a Coilover tune and Front/Rear Bypass purchase away from owning the Coilover-Bypass System.

    The Pintop is a Jack-of-all-trades shock package from which every Super Duty owner would benefit. Raising the Super Duty Platform then adding the 2.5” diameter shocks (55% more piston surface area than a 2.0” shock) will support the argument that these trucks should come equipped with 2.5” shocks from the factory. The higher end systems will get you more off-road capability, yes, and even a bit more on-road. The premium paid for these systems, however, doesn’t compare to the on and off-road ride quality per dollar spent on the Pintop. For these reasons, it will likely remain our best seller for years to come.
  • Coilover Bypass

    This is one of our most capable off-road systems. Similar in street ride to the Coilover and Pintop kit with seemingly no bottom, we spec’d this system with King 2.5” Front Coilovers, 8” Stroke 2-Tube Front Bypasses, and 12” Stroke Rear 3-Tube Bypass with an oversized rebound tube. This system is also height adjustable approximately 1” to compensate for large bumpers/winches.

    This is the true, Jack of all trades Shock Package offering the most wheel travel of any Carli system. The Dominator rides better than any other system on the road while boasting off-road manners to rival the Coilover Bypass. No tubes to adjust or user-tunability in this system; we’ve done the hard work for you.
