Fox shocks have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is serviced by Carli Suspension.

To qualify for warranty, the failure of the Fox Shock MUST be within 1 year from the purchase date. We will need the following:
Purchase Receipt Upload*
A copy of the original Purchase receipt to qualify the warranty
Drop files here or
Pictures Showing Failure*
A picture of all shocks for which a warranty is requested showing evidence of failure.

Pictures of Wiper Cap Part Number & Lot Number*
A picture of the wiper cap (Black cap at the end of the shock body where the shaft comes out) showing both the Part Number AND Lot number. Again, for each shock on the request.
